Project 365

Weekly update for Project 365

These are not exactly taken on different days, but I am shooting and I am trying to shoot every single day.  Life gets in the way, of course.  So, here's what I have for the week.

I've always thought these shots were cool.  I did it on impulse and the shot isn't as tack sharp as I would like.  I'll try again another time and add my macro lens for a better shot.

This is what the moon looks like at 130 in the morning.  The dogs needed to pee and I couldn't sleep.  So, I figured I'd make the best of it.

This lazy dog!!!  Always with his pillow.  He will move the pillow where he needs it before he lays down!

Sunflare by his nose that I tried to remove...though I wasn't entirely successful.

Other new pics

Haven't see the deer for awhile.....This is Old Momma, Little Doe, and Brutus--first in color, then silver pearl.

The moon was bright last night and the sky clear.  I went out with the tripod and 21mm lens to capture the sky and the starburst moon.  That's so much prettier than just a typical blur.

Same night, but finished with Silverpearl.  There is just something about black and white and changes a photo.

Snowing!  Plus starburst.  I've been doing a lot to learn this type of exposure and get it down without really thinking about it.  I think I've finally nailed it.

This is what I'm talking about when I talk about how black and white can change an image.  I like the starkness of this image.

More snow and starbursts!!!  Silver pearl finish.

Moody blues finish.

Gizmo!

11/365:  Hand made gift from client.

12/365:  Another gift from client.

13/365: desk

14/365: Nameplate from my very first job in 1996.

15/365: Miss Kitty

16/365:

17/365: I really loved the way this one turned out.  It's early morning just after the snow with lots of haze.  Almost looks like we are in the middle of nowhere.

18/365: It's snowing at night!  Just fun trying to catch the snowiness and dreariness of the night.

19/365: Sunrise a couple days after snow.

20/365:  Another sunrise a couple days after snow.  Working on getting that starburst just right.

21/365:  Daisy running by me.

22/365:  Sunrise a couple days after snow finished in silver pearl.

23/365: Snowing at night and playing with the idea of shooting angles.

24/365:  Night shot of that beautiful bright moon from last night.  Used the 21mm lens to grab that extra wide shot and shut the fstop down to a 9 in order to get that starburst.
